I recommend you use the outlook application to configure the account.

Setting up your email in Outlook on your mobile device is quite simple:
1. After installing the Microsoft Outlook app, open the Outlook mobile app.
When the welcome screen appears, tap the blue Get Started button to get started. You just need to enter your work email account address to get started.
2. Outlook will show a brief message that it is authenticating your account and you will complete the setup.
