Step 1 - Check if you already have the application installed on your machine...

Note: This application is installed by the WRA on its customers.



Step 2 - If you already have the application installed, just open it with a double mouse click and click Pedir Assistencia.



Step 3 - On the next screen, just enter your name "Nome" and contact email "E-mail". and then Enviar.



Note: Assistance should only be requested, upon request from the technician through the call ticket previously opened through the customer portal suporsuporte.wra.com.br or through the email suporte@wra.com.br.



If you do not have the WRA agent installed on your machine, access to support can be opened through a temporary agent that can be downloaded from the WRA website - https://wra.com.br/suporte





When running the application that was downloaded, just perform step 3 of this tutorial.
